Service Description
Colors Wood Floor Corp provides professional flooring installation services in Miami-Dade and Broward County, Florida. Our services include, but are not limited to, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, hardwood and engineered wood flooring, staircase installation, baseboards and molding, and window treatments. All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals.
Estimates and Quotes
We offer free in-home estimates for qualified projects. Estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material selections, and project scope changes discovered during installation.
Payment Terms
A deposit may be required to secure materials and schedule installation. The balance is due upon completion of the work unless alternative terms are agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur fees as permitted by Florida law.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit if materials have already been ordered.
Warranty Information
We stand behind our workmanship. Colors Wood Floor Corp provides a limited workmanship warranty on installation services. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply according to each manufacturer's terms. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period and are subject to inspection.
Limitation of Liability
Colors Wood Floor Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing subfloor conditions, moisture issues, or structural defects not visible prior to installation.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and project photographs, is the property of Colors Wood Floor Corp or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
