Condo Flooring Installation in Aventura, FL

In a condo tower, the job starts before any material arrives. Most Aventura associations have rules about when contractors can work, how materials move through the building and what goes under a new hard floor — many require a sound-control underlayment so footsteps don't carry into the unit below. We ask for your building's renovation guidelines at the estimate and plan the material, the underlayment and the schedule around them, instead of finding out on installation day.

Carpet is still common in Aventura units that haven't been updated in years, and replacing it with a wood-look hard floor is one of the most requested changes. That is exactly what we did in a real Aventura condo: the living room started with the existing carpet, and we installed new vinyl flooring through the living room, dining room, hallway, kitchen area and bedroom so the same wood-look finish runs continuously across the unit. Condo layouts are compact, so continuity matters: one floor flowing from the entry through the living areas makes a unit feel larger than a patchwork of tile, carpet and mismatched transitions.
